The adult Emerald Ash Borers have emerged.
Over the last few weeks we've been seeing the adult Emerald Ash Borers emerge from within the trees. This is what causes the D-shaped exit holes seen on infected Ash trees. Over the next few weeks eggs will be laid and the hatched larvae will make their way through the outer bark and into the delicate Cambium layer of the tree where they will start feeding. Now is a very good time to inject trees so the product is there to eliminate this process.
